Ein schöner älterer Gasthof den man bis ins 14 Jahundert zurück verfolgen kann. Wir waren das 2 Jahr in Folge dort essen. Sehr gute Gerichte (Hausmannskost, fast wie bei Oma )zu wirklich fairen Preisen. Die Bedienung ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend .Die Oma bzw.die Tante hilft eher noch sporadisch da sie voriges Jahr gestürzt war. Sie hat sich aber wieder sehr gut erholt. Alles gute für die Zukunft. Immer ein Besuch wert und nur zu empfehlen :-) 😀

Ein echtes Juwel! Der Gasthof ist ein echter Geheimtipp! Urige Atmosphäre, liebevoll original eingerichtet mit viel Charme und Tradition. Das Essen war hausgemacht und richtig lecker – regionale Spezialitäten, die mit Herz zubereitet wurden. Der Service war aufmerksam, freundlich und authentisch. Wer Gemütlichkeit und echtes, bodenständiges Ambiente sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Ein Ort der aussterbenden Art, der Schutzstatus erhalten müsste. Es gibt nur noch sehr wenige historische Gasthäuser und Orte wie diesen im Schwarzwald. Einfach eine Perle! Nachfolge gesichert und somit auch in Zukunft ein Ort zur Gepflegten Einkehr. Herzlich, freundlich, manchmal mit Familienleben zum Wohlfühlen mit ehrlicher klassischer Schwarzwaldküche. Die Roulade, sehr schmackhaft.

Man wird zurückversetzt in eine andere Zeit, wie vor 80 Jahren, kein Internet, kein WLAN, Zimmer ohne Dusche, Bad oder Toilette, alles auf einem Stockwerk mit anderen Mitbewohnern teilen... Genau das macht es aus...Ruhe, abschalten, Stressfrei ohne Technik, wer schafft das noch Übernachtung mit Frühstück unter 30 Euro, ohne Luxus überleben. Das Frühstück super hergerichtet, und man kann den Tag genießen, in voller Abgeschiedenheit im Schwarzwald.

Eine Zeitreise in die (zahlreichen) Schwarzwaldurlaube meiner Kindheit - inklusive eines Wildgulaschs, wie ich es so seit Jahrzehnten nicht mehr essen durfte. Köstlich! Solide badische Küche, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, herrliches Retro-Ambiente in einem zauberhaften Winkel des Hochschwarzwaldes.
